You also have the option to purchase our snack or dessert options, all of which have healthy, brain-nourishing fats (like nuts, dates, and avocado) that keep you full and help you sleep. Everybody is different, and every body is different, so we always encourage you to listen to your body and supplement your YAYE Meal Programs with clean, whole foods as desired. The beautiful thing about eating whole, organic, plant-based foods that are free from dairy, gluten, refined sugar and seed-based oils is that you can essentially eat as much as you want, whenever you want, bloat and guilt-free!
