If any of your YAYE items arrived damaged, we are happy to issue a credit or refund for any items that are inedible. Please provide a photo of the damaged items, and contact our customer support team here:

Refunds cannot be issued once a program has started. If you need to re-schedule your order after the charge has already been processed, you may do so by 5pm on Thursday (for Monday deliveries), and by 5pm on Mondays (for Thursday deliveries) for a small $10 late change fee.
We are happy to issue a credit and apply it to your following charge — no refunds for late cancellations and/or skips.
Credits do not expire.
