If any of your YAYE items arrived damaged, we are happy to issue a credit or refund for any items that are inedible. Please provide a photo of the damaged items, and contact our customer support team here:

Refunds cannot be issued once a program has started. If you need to re-schedule your order after the charge has already been processed, you may do so by 5pm on Thursday (for Monday deliveries), and by 5pm on Mondays (for Thursday deliveries).
We are happy to issue a credit and apply it to your following charge — no refunds for late cancellations and/or skips.
Credits do not expire.
